Are these worth it? v. egg whites

    yes it is somewhat more expensive but it is damn easy...a bunch of my friends have ordered from them, do the math assmoss

    30 bucks /165 whites = 19 cents a white

    2 bucks /18 eggs = 11 cents an egg

    the price of eggs is variable obviously, but for the most part I just buy a couple 18 packs of eggs and a couple large jugs of egg beaters and mix the two.
     
  2. yeah the convenience aspect is what got my attention i think i just might have to purchase.. i'll wait until my next paycheck.

    I buy the ones at costco. I think they are egg beaters or something. They seem not horribly overpriced. I mix them up with egg whites from actual eggs sometimes too. I just don't like wasting all the yolk and it ends up messing up my garbage.

    edit: now that I look at that site, it seems like a good alternative to what I've been doing. :o

    another edit: Shipping and handling sucks some major dick.

    don't they go bad after 7 days anyway? at least this is what it is with egg beaters
