I squat just like that (only with more weight).

if I try to keep my torso at the same angle at the bottom of the rep as when i'm fully standing then i would just fall back, so I gotta lean forward to get to my full depth. Does that really mean weak glutes? My legs are really disproportionately long for my body so I just figured it meant that it's necessary for me to do them that way. Will continuing to sqat fix the problem for balance? By leaning forward to go deeper I'm also dorsiflexing (i probably spelled that horribly wrong) farther than i probably should, although i haven't felt anything in my knees from it.

I see a lot of people who don't go past parallel that lean forward a lot but I feel that going a2g kinda helps not to lean forward to much. Going down, sitting on the toilet, that keeps me from leaning forward.

Personally I do think he is too far forward. Not horribly but still could be better. His depth really even things out though.

He's coming a little forward with it, but I see no real problem. He does not get off balance, he still seems to keep the weight on the heel's rather than the toes, so I'd say it looks fine.

EDIT:99.9% of the forum would look far worse with the same weight. Probably crushed. lol
