    Hey,

Some of you may know that I'm on my schools bball team. We'll I've been slacking off on working out for the past two months and I've gotten a ton weaker and much, much fatter. I have a belly now :wtc:.

Anyway, my goals for the next 4-5 months is to have atleast a 4pack again (basically lose fat), add 6-7 inches to my vert, build muscle (in my arms/legs in particular), and gain mass. I'm 100% willing to be dedicated and work my ass off for this.

How would you guys approach this (what excersices/routines can you reccomend to accomplish this)? I'm somewhat new to the weightlifting "game" and would like some help.

I'll be taking protein and supps throughout most likely.

    Thanks!

Pick one or the other. Cut or gain mass.

After looking at "jump.xls" I'm having trouble finding descriptions for
Also, how long should I stay on each phase, and I'm assuming each phase is split up to do the exercises on two days a week. Would it be too much to do more than two days a week?

    TIA

I think I might just cut until I have what I want, and add mass after that. Suggestions?

Those are big goals for someone who's let themself admittedly get fat and be a slack ass for the past few months.

Actually, it would be quite possible for him to do both. He has admitted that he has a belly and is out of shape because he does not exercise, or lift any longer, and I am going to assume he eats like crap too. If he starts eating healthier and cuts his cal's down a bit and supplements some protein with a dedicated gym routine it is very possible for him to build muscle as well as lose fat in this circumstance.
