Are there still people here who just take basic supplements?

    I stopped viewing F&N regularly for about a year, it seems everyone is crazy about ephedrine and doing stacks..before it seemed most people were just using vitamins, fish oil and whey protein? :dunno:

    i just use a multivitamin, fish oil, vitamin c, and whey

    For many, steel cut oats may seem like the perfect bodybuilding drug. They're legal, cheap, effective, and easy to obtain. However, the decision to use steel cut oats is not one that can be made lightly. At worst, the misuse or abuse of steel cut oats will probably result in no more than elevated ego values and a host of undesirable cosmetic side effects. Bodybuilders must first ask themselves if they possess the necessary maturity and intelligence to responsibly harness the power of the steel cut oat. Look before you leap my friends.

    I usually just take Whey, Multis and Fish oil :dunno:

    Recently started using Creatine Ethyl Ester, seems like another basic supplement, no reason not to get it...and glurocell since i was able to get a bottle for free, great supplement as well.

    fish oil, muscle milk or whey (i only buy one at a time... and don't really take more than 1 serving a day of either).


    then again, I'm only 6 months in so im noob.

    I am using E/C stack right now for the first time ever.

    Prior to that though I have always been very basic with my supplements.

    Whey protein, daily multi, fish oil. And when I have the extra cash, sesamin.

    Basic? It should be the backbone of everyone's diet! But just a half cup full, don't want to overdo it.

    Oh and the EC stack thing is just a summer fad I think. Stuff kicks ass but come september you wont see the word written on this board for 6 months.

    in a BFI container down an alley
    i use just mulit V, vitamin c, red yeast rice, cq10, milk thistle, and thats about it. I havent used glutamine or creatine in years, ephedra back in 1999.
