I have an Acer 5570Z and that battery only really lasts me about 2 hours. Is there such a thing as an extended battery that can last 3 or 4 hours?

I know i can manage the power and stuff but even in power saver mode I only get 2 hours with real general use, browsing, email and such.

Generally there are extended battery's for all notebooks. Just google extended battery then your computer. Be aware most of them stick out of the computer a little.

I really don't mind that. I read through the specs on my notebook and it said mine is a 6 cell. Does cell count determine batter life? Is there a certain brand that makes a quality battery at a descent price? I did some searching and there are tons of brands and prices from the mid $50-$125 range.

I think 9-Cell are what most extended batteries consist of.
I've heard that Batteries.com has good batteries.

I've never been dissatisfied with a Batteries.com battery. They're usually newer than the OEM batteries too, so they benefit from the progression of battery capacity over time.
