are there any supps i can take for ligament health

    Last time I squatted with knee wraps and it didn't hurt there after

    its weird it doesnt so much hurt, as when i hit parallel, it pops, i talked to one of the PT girls at my gym who has been a gymnast for 15 years and she said its not good :o

    but they do get sore

    i never get popping... Just sore days later

    Maybe head to a doc? Could be tendonitis

    do you ever do any bodyweight type of stuff? I've found that's been helping my flexibility and joints

    Pushups, BW squats, stretches

    i have the same problem....does it feel very uncomfortable during deadlifts and squats....enough to make u wanna stop?
