like you type in www.offtopic.com and it will give you a list of everyone who is linking to that site?

    that'd be interesting to see.

it will let you see who's linking to OTHER sites?

I already have google analytics set up for my own sites.

    There are millions.

I generally just use Yahoo Site Explorer.

    http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/

Yahoo shows 1000 of the backlinks... which is the most that any will show. Google Webmaster tools *can* show more, but it only takes a sample of your backlinks, and it has to be YOUR site.

Google site queries are quite useful also.

    Code:
site: Indexed pages in your site
link: Pages that link to your site's front page
cache: The current cache of your site
info: Information we have about your site
related: Pages that are similar to your site
    For example:

Search for "site:<domain>.com" or "link:<domain>.com" to find relavent information.
