Are there any exercises to make you taller?

    Even an inch taller? I'm pretty short for a guy, 5'7", maybe 5'8". It seems that every other guy is alot taller than me, and usually I'm not insecure about my body, but this has lead to alot of other insecurities with my body. It's definitely due to my genes, I'm the tallest person out of all my siblings/parents/grandparents/close aunts and uncles (and I'm sure my great grand parents weren't giants either). My 20 year old brother is 5'1" and I feel pretty bad for him because bitches won't have sex with short guys like that.

    Some girls have called me short, and I also don't usually try to make up for insecurities (I always admit them to most people), but I resorted to calling them ugly and other insults to save face. It's just so strange, at family events I feel so towering, yet I feel like a midget in public.

    My genes are also responsible for me having an overactive metabolism (only around 130), but I'm getting a gut due to overeating because I'm trying to gain some mass, but I don't have the height to go with the extra weight. I'll also admit I have a pretty small penis, sometimes when I measure it, it's like almost 6 inches, but missing a few cm to get there.

    Anyways, back on topic, how can I get taller, I'm 17 years old and usually people stop growing at this age. The most I could grow is like an inch more normally, but I doubt I will. How can I get to 5'9", I think that is a respectable height. Any kind of leg exercises can stretch out my legs or something?

    Could I also take any hormones or something to make myself taller? I'm not the most masculine of men, and I could deal with some more testostorone.

    You can't make yourself grow and you'll have to get over your own insecurities. You don't have an overactive metabolism from what it sounds, you just have no muscle and you eat like crap. Get into a gym, raise your caloric intake and clean up your diet.

    If being chicks that are equal height/taller makes you nervous then there are tons of chicks shorter than you.

    I have a 30 page stretch journal which has a number of excersises which supposedly make you taller. They are sort of yoga stretches, but if it's genetic I very much dout you will grow taller.

    Wear boots. Seriously. And don't do squats and deadlifts. I used to 5'10", now I'm like 5'9.5". I'm 26 and have already shrunk.

    I get height/weight check with the military on a regular basis.

    I'm consistantly measuring 1/2" shorter now than I was two years ago.

    only way to add an appreciable height is to have surgery.
    The break your legs, install that circular cage device and spread the broken bones apart.

    They don't really do this for cosmetic reasons though. It's mainly for people with actual problems. Midgets and dwarfs and the like.

    u doubt your height, say you have a small penis and it sounds like ur a fairy saying your not the most masculine of men.. LoL

    now thats not healthy. go see a shrink please. and workout while your at it.

    who cares if ur 5' 7-5'8 if ur a broly? i gurantee you most chicks dig big upperbodies..

    Those who say they shrunk... make sure you are measuring your height in the morning. Gravity tends to compress your body throughout the day.

    growth hormone, about the only option i believe if your growth plates haven't closed....otherwise,

    change your name to purevl and start a cycle pronto

    have your shins broken then pulled apart and locked in place. the bone will grow between the two. doesnt hurt at all from what Ive read

    Well I did the research after I made the post and I realize it's all about genetics, and the only thing you can do is try to max out your potential. I measured again in the morning and I was 5'8" for sure, its just before I was doing the measurements in the wrong place of my head. I'm going to just eat better and sleep more and see if I can grow that inch. I'll also invest in a pair of small elevator shoes that only extend my height by an inch and a half or so, to make me look like 5'10" which is my target goal. I'm not that desperate to get taller by breaking my legs and putting in a painful metal plate, but growing an inch and wearing higher shoes will make me feel better.

    Oh and I don't have any psychological problems, I was just trying to show I don't really hide my insecurities but this one. I also meant a few millimetres short of 6 inches, but when I don't masturbate more than 2 or so times a day, I get more blood flow and its over 6 by a bit.
