Are the love handles really the last to go?

    It sure seems like they are, the thickness of my body fat is much greater on my sides than anywhere else on my body, stomach is now FLAT and solid...but the sides of me are still kinda pudgy/not defined. Hoping this will go away in time :x:

    Also on my lower back the flat tire continues...its more like a thick layer of skin than gooey fat...so its more like a swimmer's body type, which isnt the look I'm going for really.

    I guess what I want is to have like no body fat on my mid section...how many years of cutting is this gonna take :wtc: :wtc:

    Anyways here's a pic of my back, about 224lbs in the pic and I measured myself, Im like 6'0.5" :o

    Heavy deadlifts will make your obliques look much bigger, resembling love handles.
