i really like the Bell&Ross 46mm square watch. But it's so massive. How rediculous is it, really?

I lurk so often, I get really lazy typing. someone got pissed on another board because I abbreviated japanese to jap. :o

EDIT- For the record, I'm not really sure how to spell it anyway. It might be ridiculous. :dunno:

ultimately it comes down to the size of your wrist. the shape and colour of the watch can make a difference in how big the watch looks too, but for an average sized wrist anything above 40 is too big IMO. sorry panerai owners

depends on the wrist and what you're wearing...48mm graham w/ huge crown and skinny wrists..probably not so good. Bigger guy with french cuff shirt - sick. I'm saving for Breitling Super Avenger; then the Graham or Panerai.

But, the B&R's I dont know if I'm a fan of the square; makes the 44 look like a 48 and the 46 looks like a 100mm face

my 47mm panerai fits on the wrist, meaning the lugs don't extend past the edges of my wrist. the footprint of the watch is about the same size as the 44mm luminors, it just has a huge fucking dial which is really starting to grow on me

i had a 42mm Omega Aqua Terra and seemed larger than my 44mm panerais. everything depends on the length from lug to lug and actual dial size

Completely dependent on the design. Generally speaking I think the cheaper large faces are are hideous. Their designs are so shitty that they are just magnified.

Even though in general I think gucci watches are ugly they have some of the nicest large face watches out there.
