Are people still crunking?

    Or was it just a "fad" and now everyone has like 5 of them laying around? I bought two a couple months ago and use them occasionally. I bought the 150 and 200 lb "Heavy Grips" ones, and can close the 150 pretty comfortable and easily. I still struggle with the 200 lb one though, and I wonder what I can do to get to the point where I can close it fairly easily? I want to be able to close and open it for at least 5 reps. Should I buy the 100 lb. one as a warmup? Should I set up a proper routine for using them?

    I did some hg100's for like 10 reps on friday. Dude I train with had one, he was trying to use it for rehabbing a wrist. He keeps getting pain squatting and benching. I didnt think it'd do much.

    the 300 hurts my wrist when i try to close it, so i don't attempt it anymore

    Lol, did anyone read the body of the message, or just the title?

    I'm struggling and have been struggling with the 200 lb. heavy grip, any tips on how to improve? I can do the 150 really easily, like 10 reps no prob.

    i can do the #1 pretty easily with both hands. time to move to a #2 Coc?

    I been about a 1/4 inch from closing the #3 for the past month...STILL can't close that bastard!

    edit: where is the Golds in SS, I work across from Perimeter mall and live on campus at Tech so getting up to NGBB durign the week can be apain.

    sometime in the future I'll take you up on that. The Golds is on Roswell Road. From Perimeter you'd get on Hammond, take a right on Roswell and it's on your right in the shopping center with that mexican club/restaurant before you get to abernathy.
