Are my calories calculations correct?

    Tried to find articles on google to calculate how much calories I should consume a day. The best I found was this one http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/Message.jsp?f_ix=23&t_ix=10

    I am 5'8 and 155lbs.

    According to their website i should take

    2560calories
    55% calories from carb = 1408
    30% calories from protein= 768
    15% calories from fat= 384

    I know in one of OT's sticky says times 11, but thats for weight lost. So am i consuming enough or too much?

    1860 to lose
    Around 2300 to maintain
