Are my abdominals sufficiently stimulated without direct work?

    I do the basics in the gym (deads, squats, bench, press, rows (all with a decent amount of weight), dips, pullups) but don't any direct ab work. Do these work my abs enough or should I add in something?

    stop being lazy and add some crunches and leg raises a couple times a week if you want better results

    Yeah I just several sets of of each, fuck it. Not like it's gonna hurt me. Worst case scenario I burned some calories :noes:
