was thinking about buying one. probably a waste of money though, right?
polar stuff is pretty accurate. It comes with a chest strap so that its all telemetric. More accurate than the grips on the machines for sure.
they better be for close to and above 100 bucks~ you seem to have a lot of money to spend on workout gear (re: underarmor) i wish i had the monies for those
Fuck underarmor... there's cheaper knock offs by Starter that are just as good. But hey! UA sponsers UFC, it must be the best.
well that was off topic
my girl's got the garman watch and its pretty accurate.
Also, Polar make a couple basic monitors, with chest straps, that work pretty well. I have the FS2 model, seems pretty accurate and it works with Lifefitness stationary bikes.
Polar is legit. I used it for cycling, running, and even swimming. I don't remember which model I have but it's awesome.
mine has the chest strap also. I really hate that strap when I run though.
Link to good ones?
my girls got this one
Does that require a chest band or does it read off the wrist?
Well, for $299 my wife is going to have to settle for something else
its got the chest band.
she found hers for under 200. 179 I think.
