I read some differing opinions. One side is that they are simply egg whites enriched with vitamins and minerals. Other side says either "It's a bunch of chemicals made to substitute eggs" or acknowledges they are made with egg whites and vitamins, but claims the sodium content is way too high. What do you guys think about using Egg Beaters as a substitute to using eggs (white + yolk). Please note, I really don't feel like manually seperating yolks from the white, as I usually make my breakfast on a very constrained time schedule.
