Are crunches in the squat rack better?

    We all know that curls in the squat rack is he best way to mold some sexy guns. But I saw a dude doing some crunches in the squat rack at the gym earlier today and wanted to know if they are better than regular crunches? :dunno:

    Crunches in the squat rack have been clinically shown to increase penis size up to 25%. I think Ceaze has the article saved.

    I could do yoga in the squat rack at my gym and it wouldn't matter. I have only seen 2 people in there doing squats EVER and they were both skinny dudes who never came back.

    its like a saftey net.. incase somone tries to sneak up and kick him in the head.. Crunches in Squat rack = the bomb.. hell the other day i took a NAP in the quat rack.. and i felt safe:)

    Well I've recently witnessed a new bicep exercise that exceeds even the mighty squat-rack curl.

    First take barbell from the squat-rack.
    Load it up with 10lbs, that's one 5lbs plate on each side.
    Now go to the dumbbell area. Take 2 benches to rest the bar on between sets.
    Take a staggered stance. Right or left foot forward, whatever your preference.
    Now Curl damn you, curl!

    I would never do crunches that is absurd, I only masturbate and/or paint my toe nails in the squat rack.

    I usually do my taxes in the squat rack, I find that I get alot more deductions that way.
