They had a 20 gauge semi-auto shotgun for $300 at Cabelas the other day, and I'd like an auto for shooting skeet rather than my pump. Are these the Sigmas of shotguns or are they decent?

Never shot one but just looking at/handeling them in the store they seem pretty decent.

They do come with a lifetime warranty.

Yeah, I've had a 20ga semi-auto for about 5-6 years now. Its never given me any trouble and shoots very well. I use it for hunting every year and its reliable. I'd recommend it if you find one at a good price. Got mine at wal mart. :dunno:

I guess I woundn't say that its the best of the best when it comes to shotguns but there's definately nothing wrong with it in my opinion. Let me know if you want to know anything else.

Looking around online they are going for around $250, even after shipping and ffl fees it'd be cheaper than my 870 Express I bought new.

Do you think its the best semi-auto in its price range (sub $350)?

My knowledge of semi-auto prices isn't that great. I'd just have to refer you to the fact that I've had mine for years and its been great. Definately a gun I'd pay less than $350 for.
