Would it affect endurance in activities such as running, lifting? Drinks such as Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, Sprite; both diet and undiet drinks. do you guys know of any studies that would prove one way or the other?

geez, calm down. that post on carbonation was last posted on yesterday and i never saw it seeing as i don't read f&n that often. i tried to search but i can't since i don't have a membership.

anyways, i posted it because me and my buddy had an argument on this subject just barely on the ride home so i came here to see what this forum had to say.

Not that I'm aware of, nothing that is worth worrying over.
