Einsteins is the only thing open when I go into work...I get a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese...and I am just worried its hindering my lifting and weight loss regime. Thoughts?

A lot of carbs/fat and total cals. What's the breakdown of a bagel and cream cheese from there?

Have you ever considererd cooking breakfast or are you that fucking lazy?

According to their site, here are the macros.

    Cream Cheese, Plain.
    Cals 70
    Carbs 1
    Fat 7
    Protein 1

Bagel (the only whole wheat on they show is honey)
    Cals 270
    Carbs 61
    Fat 1
    Protein 9

    So that's...
    Cals 340
    Carbs 62
    Fat 8
    Protein 10

The problem about making breakfast is I wake up at 5am so I either don't eat until a little into the workday or just too lazy in morning

Make something the night before to eat in the morning.

Bagels are ok in my book - skip the cream cheese or any fatty dressing.

Do oatmeal. When I am running late and don't have time to cook in the AM I just grab a package of oatmeal and piece of fruit.

not really...lots of fat in PB and not much protein...

it takes like 2 minutes to make some eggs in the microwave or you can harboil them and peel the night before...

I used to have lazyassinthemorning-itis. But then I thought, wouldn't it be better to have brotein in the morning instead of cereal and other carby shits?? So I hopped on the world wide web, and researched this shit. And found out that it was true! Personally, I love the breakfast/meal1 in the sticky. I love eggs witha passion, and the 1 minute oatmeal that Quaker Oats has is legit. So if you really don't have time for food, grab some Quaker Oats put it in a bowl, put water and microwave for 1 minute. Then take two eggs, and get egg white filler thingies, and mix it together, put it in a pan, fry it up and BAM! you're rock solid good to go. Plus a little brotein shake after the meal, which you can drink on the way to work. I too work in the morning and that's what I do. I love it.
