Smoothe King has some good stuff, they have high protein and low carb shit that uses whey instead of soy protein.

I tend to get one after working out, when I could use some carbs. Gladiator > *

Go to their site and look up the calories and shit. I don't know what else you eat during the day but you can probably fit one into your diet easily enough.

  6. yeah checked out their website.. seems awesome. i e-mailed them asking if they'd build where i live :)

  16. asshole. i'm craving one so bad right now and i've never heard of this place before. seems so awesome. 5.25 aint bad though for what it is...

i bet i'd get sick of that price if i was buying those daily thats why i'd just work there and make myself a bunch all the time.

That's what I get after a late workout (when I'm done close to 9pm) and don't want to eat anything too heavy. :)

Have you looked at the website? The nutrition facts for the 40 oz is 2x what is listed on the website, because those numbers are based on a small. :ugh:
