If so, what do you/what are you planning to do with it?

I'm thinking of changing my major to nutrition but I don't think I want to be a dietician for the rest of my life :hs: I guess I could pursue sports medicine.

I realized now, 3 mos from graduation that there is nothing i really want to do in this field anymore, my life had changed too much since I started the program and it really isn't ideal for me anymore....I'm going to nursing school after :hs:

It's a good degree to get into medical school, but almost worthless as a undergrad degree.

My first major was Fitness&Nutrition(BS), it was a brand new program at my college, unfortunatly the job oppurtunities did not appeal to me much, i found that i was working in my gym, making the same pay, as 4yr kinesiology grads. So i ended up changing my major and just getting an ISSA cert for shits and giggles.

ive taken a couple nutrition classes, but I decided to go business instead...but I do love nutrition & fitness still.

I was thinking about opening up a chiropractic firm with a nice attached gym and supplement store.

i was really considering getting into a PT program, until i did more research and saw that'd it'd take me about 4-5 more years of school for a Masters. (1-2 yrs for pre-reqs then 3 years for a PT program). not worth it to me since i just got my BS in Business Admin and still need lots of pre-reqs. :wtc:

Exercise science / pre physical therapy. I just changed my major this semester. Started in nursing, then biology(pre-med), then computer engineering for a year(not sure what i was thinking), then atheltic training, and after speaking with a trainer on campus and realizing how much he hates his life, I changed to exercise science. 10 years of undergrad ftw :hs:

    :hs:

I'm thinking of switching to physical education and health with a focus on nutrition. What does it take to become a physical therapist? My school doesn't offer it as a major but I know more post BA work is needed.

    Personal Trainer right?

Yea, you definately need to know people especially in this field to go places. Luckily I have a lot of family and family friends in this area that have been helping me out.

I'm a second year medical student, it's retarded. Go do something useful. Yes and most med student/science majors are super skinny or obese. Oh yeah so I don't sound like a complete I'm 5'9, 167, and bulking away...
