Or can anyone obtain a "6-pack"?

I still have quite a bit of flab in my mid-section, but im sort of turned off by the lack of signs of abs. My entire midsection is rock hard when I flex, but I don't see much in terms of definition. Seems that the rest of my body is rather low-fat, except for the mid-section. What advice, if any, can you give me?

Where you lose fat is genetic, the shape of your ab muscle bellies is genetic, the definition is somewhat dependent on the connective tissue, but yes, anyone can get defined abs with some work.

Abs only show at lower BF%, you need to lose the 'flab' on your stomach first.
