Are 5 day splits good?...

    good routine to get big?

    i do 4 sets for 8 reps of each exercise, if i can do 8 reps clean i up the weight.
    for each muscle group i do 4 workouts.
    i usually have a protein shake right after a workout and one in the morning.
    i take NOX before working out to give me a little pump.

    my diet is fairly good, im intaking a little more meat so i can get more protein but im bulking right now until february then i cut... i rarely do cardio right now, but im not sure if its good for me to do cardio right after working out?

    why don't you just follow the "wanna be a bodybuilder" routine? a lot of people have said good things about it

    so every week you're going to work shoulders and forearms (small muscles groups) twice and legs, chest and back (large muscle groups) once to get big?

    just follow the BB'er sticky, you'll be far better off
