    I wish I would have caught Ken Yeang speak at school sometime, but he was never around. I look forward to them actually building the "Jumptown" tower in Portland...did he show that in the lecture?


    So who else is an underpaid overworked architecture junky?

    peaks my interest, as you probably would have guessed.

    just went to a lecture by CVDB arquitectos from portugal on wed. was amazed at the quality of built work and competitions they had placed in/won for being such a small, relatively new firm. i am trying to get the images, as one of the principles is a guest critic in a graduate studio at UTA.:x:

    will share if i get

    his plane was late coming from london, so the lecture was cancelled :o

    he speaks here every semester though (he's actually part of the faculty, which i didn't know)... so, i'll catch him next semester :hs:

    He might be rescheduled for next week. If not, I know for sure that he's talking next semester. I don't think the date has been set yet.
