Aradia's "quit being a pansy" progress log

    goals:
    Better diet, want a perm. change in eating habits.
    NO MORE JUNK FOOD!!:eek4:
    I am a junk food junkie...and , frankly, I am worried about the stuff that's in there.
    EXCERSISE:
    To increase endurance, speed and strength.
    and I want consistancy.
    My main goal, really, is to break old and unhealthy patterns in my diet and to have consistant and progressive training.

    For some reason, posting my progress everday on here helps me to stay focused.
    Pics for progress soon.

    I intend to do 22 minutes HIIT today, and chest / back.
    Will have to post later.

    I recently cut fast food down to once a week, it has helped a lot knowing I will get a fix at the same time every week.

    you quitting? I've gone 3.5 weeks and they say it gets easier after the first couple of days but I'm still having bad cravings.

    I've quit a few times. I just had to keep quitting. Actually, it get easier because you know what to expect. You go cold turkey?

    and some bicep work.

    yea...it's rough occasionally because 2-3 of the guys I lift with are smokers and my roommate smokes....

    Keeping my diet really clean starting today.

    Breakfast was
    1 egg, 2 whites 120 13 (p)
    1 cup skim milk 90 8
    half a bannana 40 0
    1/2 serving cheerios 55 1.5
    295 cals 22.5 (p)
    still too high on the carbs, too low on protein.
    I'm very proud to have done the dead lifts and squats.
    I did the squats *right, my knees didn't hurt at all...now I have NO EXCUSE not to do them :rofl:

    And 1/2 hour punch work. Working on leading with the left and folowing with right back to left lead. My body is trained more dominate to lead right...so I am determined to make it MIND me :squint:
    chest work is helping my punches.


    Didn't make it to the gym today, i chose to have lunch with my office staff...however I did pretty good on my diet anyways :)

    bowl of cheerios and skim milk 200 10g
    1&half cup lowfat cottage cheeze 150 12g
    w tbs strawberry preserves
    1 cup skim milk 80 8g
    PWO shake. 150 30g
    500 cals / 52 g protein.
    before late afternoon snack,
    which will be 1/2 ca of tuna 100 22g
    680 cals & 82 g protein.
    dinner...?

    Not much time, and didn't/dont feel good today.
    Figured- I better make my damn DL's count. Slowly, I will work up to it. trying to get the form good.

    Saturday, company party at the Stone Mountain...so I will hike that bitch several times. That outta teach my legs to bitch about squats.:fawk:
