I picked up a Stag lower and an RRA parts kit last night and started my next bank account emptying project. Nice fitting, no slop. crisp trigger. Waiting on the CAS stock and saddle. Then going with the Stag 2H upper.

THEN Verm took me by his favorite place this morning.

so I could see what they make. Holy shit. Stacks of their new Battle Born uppers just getting ready to hit the anodizers plus got to see their new fully auto lower they are getting ready to pump out for the Military and for the security firm that Verm worked for.

I need to take a camera back over. They had a "demo" model that just got back from Iraq that had 50k rounds through it that felt tighter than many new ARs do. I am kicking myself now for buying the Stag, but it will make a good starter AR. Next one is going to be their stuff though.

(and no, my pockets were empty when I left. :wtc: )

A lower is a lower, I fail to see how Tactical Customs is worth $100 more then the rest.

I didn't think there was much difference either until I looked at a couple others including mine. Fit and finish were better.

    Model1Sales can bring that price down a little, $435 for a 20" A2 or A3 kit:
