You might regret buying the commercial buffer tube if you ever change buttstocks, otherwise it looks like you're off to a good start.

What did you use to highlight the lettering/crest?

i pressed the crayons on as hard as i could to get it all into the grooves and shit, then just lightly wiped the surrounding area with CLP to get rid of excess :dunno:

Depends on how you shoot. If you're looking for maximum accuracy and shoot 1 round/minute or less, probably not too hot. If you're not looking for sub-MOA groups and just want to hit the paper reasonably close to the center and plow through 240 rounds (or more) in an hour, it's at least gonna get warm.

Most folks seem to like the CTR stock, so you chose well. This assumes your affinity for it is greater than your affliction with BRS. Some folks are quite resistant to BRS, others succumb to the point of almost missing house/car payments...

Not too well. The words I filled in with red are beginning to turn a lighter shade, almost pink. This is after several shooting sessions and hundreds of rounds. The white lettering, on the other hand, still looks good. :bigthumb:

If I had to go gripless, I would choose the Monster Man. But as I've said before. I MUST have a pistol grip. :mamoru:
