Pic of my current setup. Not much. Just a standard Stag arms with a Hogue grip and buttpad.
Im thinking about making that 3 point sling on Arfcom but maybe in all black?
Maybe get an Eotech on an ARMS latch base

What else are some common accessories? I hear about adding a different latch onto the bolt handle
Not too sure on replacing the hand grips with rails. I dont think Id have any use for a laser or a flashlight

Get a front pic rail so you can mount cool shit. Then, add a scope and a front vertical grip. Flashlight is optional. You can also do trigger work as well.

If you want an EoTech I've got mine for sale. :)

Nice looking AR, maybe add a detachable carry handle? What kind of flash suppressor do you have on it?

I have a RRA tactical mount for sale. You should get a different flash hider. The Phantom 5C2 is pretty cool

    pics or link?

Kinda like the closed end version. Yeah, now that I think of it my flash hider is pretty big and generic. Ill think about it. Would I need an armorers wrench?
    Pics?

Here is my gun. Its the mount on top...not a carry handle. And the hider is the 5C2 one. It's like $25

    Common accessores.....

    - Front rails
    - Magpul MIAD grip
    - Magpul trigger guard
    - aftermarket buttstock (Magpul, VLTOR, LMT)
    - pop up rear sights
    - EoTech, AImpoints, Elcans, etc
    - real optics
    - sling (1 pt, 2 pt, whatever)
    - Magpul Ranger Plate/loops, LPlate.
    - flashlights, lasers, pinwheels, toiletpaper dispensers

    My AR
    [IMG]

Pretty much has all of the above except an EOTech/Aimpoint type thing and
    a laser.

Pop up ARMS #40L (sweet piece of work too)

VLTOR single point HK style sling loop, Magpul MIAD grip, Magpul trigger
guard, Magpul Ranger plate, VLTOR stock
    [IMG]

My cheap Midwest Industries forward rails aren't bad. The barrel seems to
cool quicker, and with the rubber ladder rails on them it's a solid but comfortable
    grip

in my case.....helps when you drop them. Also comes in handy when bench
shooting so you're not grinding your mag directly into the concrete bench.

For those with longer uppers (which I'll likely have soon) it makes a nice
3rd leg when resting your rifle on a bipod....friend of mine uses them just for
    that purpose.

    ....and yeah, they look pretty.

Only mag I have that doesn't drop out is a C Products 20rd. My CP 30rd drop
out fine, as do my Cheaper than Dirt generic mags and the other various mags
I've got. The 20Rd works fine, just don't think it's got enough wear on it to
make its weight overwhelm what little friction there is between the mag and
    the well.

Ive got those shitty teflon mags from 44mag.com. They are horrible. The springs are way too strong and the mags stick. Also have a couple 20 round Hartford, CT mags. They stick even when theyre still part full

I've got a couple of hte hartford 30rd, no problems.

If the springs are already tight don't get any floorplates.....they get a good
bit tighter with those....surprised I haven't had feed problems with the mags
    that have them.

oh yeah.....if you still have a "stock" trigger in your rifle, move up to something
    nicer.....it's worth the money.

I'd put a magpul stock on it, maybe a different FH, and a railed gasblock and flip up front site.
