used them today for the first time and loved them! they feel way more sturdy than any other strap I've ever used. The way they're made makes it to where they are harder to slip, too.

I know I'm prob gonna get flamed for this but I use straps on almost all of my back movements. I have a really hard time feeling the movements and doing them correctly... using straps helps me focus on pulling with my elbows more. These straps were sturdy as fuck.

i used to use straps on every back exercise too.
once i forgot them and tried to do it without them and it was near impossible and my arm was fatigued.

I'm glad i did that since now I use them seldomly and only usually a really heavy and set.

it really helped my grip to try to not use them

honestly unless you have a grip of steel its very tough to do some exercises without straps. IMO, heavy shrugs is the worst. Once it gets around 3 plates its very very tough to hold on

agreed.. I hate it when I forget my straps for shrugs cause then I can't go as heavy as I'd like.

heavy shrugs are about the only thing I use straps on. all the other lifts where grip is a factor, deadlifts, pullups, etc are all functional so grip strength is part of the lift so I won't use'em

if my grip fails me i'm going to use straps just because i dont my muscles to suffer at the expense of grip
