Damn, this just gives more evidence that the latest rumors are probably true. Even moreso the one about the $500 "headless" Mac. Sueing for releasing it's direct info and specs as well as the Apple store lowering the prices on the displays yesterday.

why should someone get money for the itunes thing?

    1) nobody made him use iTunes

    2) even though he did use iTunes, he didn't have to buy an iPod to listen to the songs. he could have just burned it to a CD.

that's ridiculous. people really need to start taking responsibility for their own actions/ignorance again. RTFM. these law suits are getting silly. i saw a story last night about some guy that's suing the channel that shows fear factor because he vomited after watching them drink ground up rats.

:werd: people have been being huge f4gs lately.

but i also think that itunes should allow you to play songs you download on something other than an ipod.

but i own an ipod and download songs illegally anywho so :fawk:

    Oh shut up already.
Apple has a right to protect its assets and i like how Apple keeps things secret.

And that fag who HAD to buy an Ipod is a tool. I STILL havent bought one.

just you wait and see. just like that other guy and the rest of us iPod owners, you'll be sitting watching TV one night and see a red dot appear in your window, pass in front of your eyes, and come to a screeching halt right between your eyes. a few seconds later, the signal on your TV will be hijacked with a message saying:
Buy an iPod now or Gil's gonna pull the trigger.
    Love,
    The Ex-Presidents of Apple

P.S. We had to do something to make money. Please don't hold this against us.
it will eventually happen to everyone. the only way out is to avoid windows completely. (bad pun intended)

If all else fails, export the song to an audio format on a CD, then rip it back in itunes.
    Done.
