    wow, great, super, fantastic.

Why do people go out of their way to constantly bash Apple? Seriously, it's like some people have some sort of fear or inferiority complex that makes them attack at every possible moment. Give it a rest.

Why do people go out of their way to defend Apple when it's very evident that their claim is totally hyped and wrong.

Here's a thought... If these two bozo's had actually known WTF they were talking about, and not made themselves and their company (Apple) look like total ass, maybe this thread wouldn't be here

    Just a hunch.

You know if you just ignore Apple your life goes on as scheduled.

Why do they use false advertising? If Microsoft or a PC manufacturer had done something like this with Windows they'd get bashed to hell from all the MAC fans.

If they screw up, we get the right to tell them.

Right. Intel and Microsoft use false advertising constantly. Most companies do.

Seriously, Apple has what, 3% of the market share in personal computers? Why do you care what they say or do? Let them live in their own little world and save yourself some gray hairs.

God damn. And you don't see the Intel vs. AMD and Windows vs. Linux bashing that goes on on OT, yet you go whining about people posting these Apple threads to show their false advertisement. Boo fucking Hoo.

If you have a P4, the internet is faster if you compare it to a P3.

Another thing is, the Apple G5 isn't even fucking shipping yet. What a way to pull the marketing trigger before your product even ships out. :slap:

The price of the Boxx system is significantly higher than a G5. I tried to configure one similar to a G5 and only got down to about $4000.

EDIT: plus, does the current version of Windows XP support 64 bit addressing? I really don't know, but I doubt it. I suppose you could run Suse Linux on it. That would be better anyhow :big grin:

You fucking missed the point, fucktard. Apple claimed to be the first 64-bit PC. It isn't. :slap:

If you had done a little research, you would know that they only claim that when the internet is accessed off a LAN or 802.11 wireless connection. And it's also only 9-17%, which is possible with streamlined instructions and other network tweaks.

DEC made 64 bit computers in the 80's, I could say the same argument about BOXX technologies.

BOXX never widely publicized their PC as the 'first' 64-bit PC, dumbass. :OP:
