I saw a little snippet on them posted at my gym. With human subjects supposedly it helped them gain a lot more muscle, and with lab rats they gained 100% more muscle bla bla bla

I'm looking through pubmed right now and there are a TON of studies showing, supposedly, how awesome they are.

It sounds like snake oil and I'm reminded of the Simpsons epispde where Homer works out and eats all the Powersauce bars

Anybody heard anything? Should this be the new bandwagon? :x:

Apple poly will be the key to unlocking the cure for cancer...studies show promise :dunno:

it comes from the seeds apparently from what I was told. So I've been eating the core of apples lately.

The article that was posted up in my gym in some fitness magazine said that an apple has like 200mg apple polyphenols.

I've got like 30 min to waste on here so I'm looking for the article on the internets. Though one study means about nothing, it made me want to start supplementing it :mamoru:

Bah I can't find shit captain. I'll try to remember and see if they have the study at the bottom of the article and I'll try to post the text up here.
