    Which is not very.

People call them ugly. Not many fancied the older Bentley's and RR's, but they still sold. You still buy a BMW, not an ugly car that is of another brand. When Volvo's were boxy, they sold. People knew they were buying a Volvo. The ugly BMW may distract buyers who are not brand specific to a MB or Jag.

I saw a few yesterday too rolling through town. Everyone here loves the BMW's and Mercedes though. No matter were you look, you can see one.

in latest issue of autoweek, bangle discusses why he made the trunk the way he did. purely for performance.

You know the CSL trunk on the M3 sort of looks similar to the 6 series trunk. Obviously the 6 is alot bigger but the profile of it is similar.

Can someone post a picture of the two from the side view?

I've seen one new 5 here (been around for a while actually, must have been pre-ordered or something). Looks pretty nice in person actually.

Ok, granted, the new 5 isn't the most sublime bimmer out there, but give it some time. Plus, the M5 is almost here. :)
