Anyway to put a password on a certain folder?

    i am interested in this as well, i googled it but it does not seem so black and white.

    not really. the better way if you really want to protect something is using an encrypted disk image.

    open disk utility, click new image, choose the size, and then choose encryption. works like a regular disk and asks for a password to open.
