Long time lurker... I use it everyday. Positives: Open 24/7/365. I've gone to the gym at 3am before and it's nice and empty so I can jump from machine to machine without waiting. Decent amount of cardio equipment. Tanning available if you like that.
Negatives: One bench, one squat rack, one straight bar, dumbells go to 100lbs only... not that I need anymore than that but I hear lots of ppl complaining about that. Limited number of other equipments. It gets real crowded during 4-7pm after work and dinner because everyone is coming to the gym.
You won't find your huge gym monsters here because it's more for people who aren't as hardcore but need the gym to maintain.

I has a membership and have few complaints. The 100lb DB limit is one. Lack of a dedicated incline and decline bench is another. Smallish locker room...and really that's about all I have to complain about. There are some really jacked dudes that go to my gym, too.

It is nice to go when it's practically empty. Like Friday and Saturday around 10-12pm. FML
