Reading around different forums and such I see alot of people getting gyno.

Is there anything to take inorder to prevent/help aid from gyno in the first place?

    .

But that's only after a cycle, estrogen is mostly a good thing, depriving it from your body would cause alot of health problems. Estrogen is key to joint lubrication and the immune system too.

I think most people are confusing 25%+ body fat for gyno :o

AIFM is good.. yes my company sells it, but it's a damn good product.

If not cycling, 1 pump a day can lower (not eradicate) e levels, boost natty test levels and increase sex drive.

If you are 'on,' 2-3 pumps/day is recommended to eradicate bloat and prevent gyno.

Oh a sorta related note, someone told me brocoli has anti-e properties, but a google search only returned that it helps to fight cancer.

You obviously have the comprehension of a 3rd grader.

It’s just a question....if you need further explanation it will be so.

    yes.

however, if you have an existing case of gyno, powerFULL can irritate it. anything that plays with test levels can.

no not at all. Plenty of people use nolva during a cycle, along with aromasin, armidex, letro, etc.. Clomid and HCG are primarily for Post cycle.
