first day back, did chest and just want some input please.

    Chest.
    flat bench 125X10 - 145x8 - 165x6 - 185x4

    decline bench 105x10 - 125x8 - 145x6 - 165x4

    decline DB's 40x10 - 45x8 - 50x6 - 55x4 (LB's per dumbbell)

then the row of chest machines (decline/incline/ one other i can't remember) 10-8-6-4

then 20 minutes of cardio with a heart rate of 135bpm.

    breakfast: muscle milk.

lunch: salad, ham sandwich (mayo/mustard/roman lettuce), muscle milk.

Dinner: ham sandwich (mayo/mustard/roman lettuce), salad.

anything i should change around? starting back up after taking 7-8 months of due to injury (strained tricep tendon and broken foot).

BTW, I forgot to mention that the only condiments/flavoring you can use are:

    - vinegar
    - salt
    - pepper
    - spices

    No sauces, ketchup, mustard, etc.

if you do decline BB you don't need to do decline DB... and you certainly don't need to be doing bench machines after doing free weight bench.

At least give us some basic stats:
    height
    weight
approx body fat (obese, fat, average, lean, ripped, timber)
    how much lifting experience
    your goals etc

How the hell are we supposed to be telling you what to do when we know nothing about you or your goals?

you should know by now that the default goal to assume one has chosen when they fail to state otherwise is to look like Brad Pitt in "Fight Club".
