first day back, did chest and just want some input please. Chest. flat bench 125X10 - 145x8 - 165x6 - 185x4 decline bench 105x10 - 125x8 - 145x6 - 165x4 decline DB's 40x10 - 45x8 - 50x6 - 55x4 (LB's per dumbbell) then the row of chest machines (decline/incline/ one other i can't remember) 10-8-6-4 then 20 minutes of cardio with a heart rate of 135bpm. breakfast: muscle milk. lunch: salad, ham sandwich (mayo/mustard/roman lettuce), muscle milk. Dinner: ham sandwich (mayo/mustard/roman lettuce), salad. anything i should change around? starting back up after taking 7-8 months of due to injury (strained tricep tendon and broken foot).
