anything else i can do besides shrugs?

    Up-right row > traps.

    I just do shrugs inbetween sets of up-right row to keep the blood pumping. I am a pretty largly built guy with large traps and up-right row alone beats them to hell. (although, I do like 10 sets :) )

    Careful though... I used to do behind the back military press for traps and upper back and I think that is what messed up my shoulder :wtc:
