for my traps
Up-right row > traps.
I just do shrugs inbetween sets of up-right row to keep the blood pumping. I am a pretty largly built guy with large traps and up-right row alone beats them to hell. (although, I do like 10 sets )
cleans, overhead anything
Careful though... I used to do behind the back military press for traps and upper back and I think that is what messed up my shoulder

i want to put the hurt on my traps.
Narrow grip upright rows.
clean and jerks rail my traps so hard
Hang Clean to push press
clean pulls, snatch pulls, prone db trap pulls
face pulls and incline seated db shrugs
upright rows, lateral raises
+1 for cleans and snatches
kettle bell cleans, rack pulls, face pulls, heavy goodmornings, and heavy squats. farmers walks can be nice too.
