I've been using the online free site for abit to track my diet, and it's pretty decent. About to spend the 30$ to get the full offline software, but just wanted to see if OT had any other suggestions or liked another program or site for diet tracking before I spend the cash. Thanks bros. :wavey:

whats your beef with it? Just enter in all the food you actually eat (make custom food) and you really shouldn't need anything else

I don't like Fitday since their changes- at least the online version. You can't customize foods well anymore. I've been using Calorieking since.

you can still customize 'em by weight (not by volume), but it's a much more difficult process than their previous rev
