I've done that a couple times now where I'd religiously workout 3-4 times a week...get my body pretty nice and then get lazy and let my body revert to its old self.

You guys know of any issues with doing this?

You'll always look like a chump, I'm sure your body wasnt "pretty nice" by any of our standards either, everything takes time and dedication.

:wtc: i do this to some extent. I think it was more of understanding how i'm different from all the "advice" i get and just focus on what works for me. I've seen more change in the past few months then i did the two years prior. I wish i had learned what i know now, years ago....

and stop being a tard & keep at it.

I think the "WoW" has something to do with it.

Hay guys I'm strong in my brain and personality! I don't need muscles, that's outdated and neanderthal! In the future I'll have muscles thanks to the Matrix!

PLUS WHO NEEDS MUSCLES WHEN YOU CAN CAST SPELLS

    I'm neither of those :ugh:

When I started back up I was benching my own weight...now I'm my own weight + 30. Not bad for doing jack shit physically for 9 months.

:mamoru: I really do have a 70 also.

I would say the worse thing about working out hard for 6-10 months, stopping, then trying to start again is that you are always stuck in a "ustacould" mode because you aren't at your peak. :wtc:
