used to.. seems like it was a potassium deficiency in my case.

If you hold any position for too long you will cramp up, its basic anatomy. This is especially true when you are squeezing your knees together, it sucks but it happens. All I can suggest to counter this is to strengthen the muscles in question and stretch them, however at the end of a huge night at training sometimes all that won't be enough to save you from cramping up.

    Oh and eating bananas helps

all the time. Drives me crazy. I eat bannanas sometimes, I hear coconut milk is a great solution... Theres a brazilian store right around my corner (lucky me) and I plan to go there soon to get some.

Buy potassium vitamins and take one before you train. I got 500 of them for 10 bucks at ralphs

do you notice a difference when taking them? I cramp like crazy during training. I eat a banana every day but it doesn't seem like it's helping :hs:

Ya I think you get a lot more potassium from a vitamin than just 1 banana. I used to get really bad cramps and would put bananas in shakes but it never did anything. Instead I started taking the vitamins 20 or 30 minutes (maybe longer) before training

Nobody survives my triangle for more than 10 seconds so it doesnt matter :mamoru:

But in all seriousness, its not a tournament and if im out of position or the guy is defending well im just going to transition to something else.
