I really don't like lifting weights, wondering if anybody has made decent gains with bodyweight excersises.

I have Never Gymless, it is

But I'm trying to get bigger, I don't know if bodyweight stuff will give me the results im looking for

Hes not going to be "big" by doing bodyweight workouts. He might get "Bigger" but not big.

do a little bit of both.. I do Pushups, situps, pullups, squats, etc. in the morning then at night do weight workouts. Switch it up:

    Today for example I did:
Pushups on the ball things, bearcrawled to do squat pushup, bearcrawled and did plank, push up, plank, about 8x. bearcrawled to next thing, then did weighted situps for 3 minutes. then bearcrawled to the jump circus things and did step-ups with a ball. then ran 1/2 mile with weights (ball in hand) (bar over the head) (weighted backpack)

Did that 4 times. Minimal rest. You can change each little exercise aech time to make it fun.

Oh, and do pullups before etc.

I like bodyweight, then i lift at night

Koscheck has gone on record saying he doesn't lift either. Does stuff like car pushing and so and so

Weights would help you get there quicker but it primarily breaks down to what your diet is like.

Why don't you like lifting weights exactly?

Really, you can't beat the gym, and managing your diet properly. If you don't like machines you can do free weights, and you can try things like the kettle bells as well.

And you should be doing some body weight exercises anyway (chinups, pullups, dips etc) to go with weights.

Even if you stick to body weight exercises it would get to the point where your body weight wouldn't be enough and you'd start having to add weights, depending on your goals.

although he's muscular (and a giant at 170), he's not that big

really it all is an illusion. ideally, you most likely just want a lower fat percentage, which will in turn make you more defined and you will appear bigger.

body weight plyometrics and circuit training will help you with that goal. if you truly want to add mass quickly, you'll need to lift big weight and eat big
