Anyone work out in the early mornings (6-8)?

    If so, what is your schedule for the morning? From the moment you eat breakfast until post workout (what do you eat, when you eat, when do you take protein, creatine, etc).


    Also, is it ok to mix protein and creatine together for a post-workout shake/smoothie?

    It's the exact same schedule as when I workout at night/day.

    I don't eat before I workout. Just a scoop and a half of VP2 and dextrose after.
