    $100 OBO

I have a legit licensed copy of PhotoShop CS3 that I no longer have a use for. I just purchased Adobe Creative
Suite 4 Production Premium which includes PS:CS4.

I talked to Adobe today and they said that I am able to sell my current copy of CS3 and transfer the license code over to the new owner for no additional charge.

I figure I have no use for 2 licenses and thought I would offer up one to a fellow OTAPer :)

I'm legit... just talk to anyone in AZ crew.

Just to be clear... this is NOT an academic version... this is a full single license!

It was a downloaded upgrade copy. I have the full CS2 box and CD that I will send if you want (you will just need the CD key but I have no need for the box or CD's either).

Feel free to PM your offer and/or any questions.

if you have a business, you better buy it. People get paid to rat you out..and then you get sued for like 500 a picture or something ridiculous.

I definitely give props to anyone who buys Photoshop. My theory is, if you're going to be making money from your stuff and you use photoshop, then you should pay for it. If it's just for recreational use, and nothing else, then I don't mind if people use a downloaded copy.

If PS was at a lower price point I'd probably buy it. Somewhere in the $150 range would be just right.

There's no reason for Adobe to charge less. If you're actually a freelancer making money, it's not THAT expensive and you can write it all off on your taxes.

Photoshop is one of those invaluable programs that people need to do work, so the money is worth every penny. People pay thousands of dollars for their cameras because it does what they want it to do. There's no difference.

Oh... sure... make me do all the hard work and give you a price ;) :o

BTW.. it is a PC version and it is NOT Photoshop extended... just Photoshop. Just so you know... you can also transfer any PC license that you have to a Mac license at just the cost of shipping. (found that out yesterday while talking to sales) I guess they have to deactivate your old license and ship you out a new mac version in the box.

So... after looking on ebay it appears these damn things are going for quite a bit (if they are NIB). I figure somewhere in the $150-200 range would be fair since they are going for more than that on ebay. I figure less than ebay tho since you will have to go through the hassle of calling Adobe w/ me (probably a 3-way call) while I give them my old info and you give them your new info. They then said it takes a day or so to do the transfer. :hs: By all means also... if you are thinking of buying it call adobe sales and tell them what you are doing and verify with them that they allow this and how long it will take (and the process). I prefer to have no drama in the sale :)

You can upgrade to CS4 for $199 or CS4 Extended for $349.
Little bit of hassle but if you don't own Photoshop it's better than $699. :)

Here is a link from adobe that will tell you what discounts for upgrade you can get from CS3.

Just PM me with your offer... I don't really want to hold a bidding war but if someone wants to pay more it would be stupid of me to turn it down. :o

All else fails I'll head to FM or ebay. :hsughno:

FYI, you can't buy or sell software on FM. I've tried.
