typically I do
tricep pull downs
no cg bench no care
I love cable crossovers. They give you a really good burn
i superset close grip presses with the skull crushers
+CG bench (the real thing, not with the light BB used for skulls)
i set the cables low though
incline smith 3 sets 6-10
incline db 3 sets 6-10
flat db press 3 sets 6-10
flat db fly 3 sets 8-12
chest dip supersetted with cable crossovers 2 sets reps of 15-20
pushdowns 3 sets 10 reps
skull crushers(if you can) 3 sets 10 reps
close grip bench(smith) 3 sets 6-8
If your using the same bar/weight for both skull crushers and CG bench in your superset, your probably not benching enough.
+1 on cable crosses and tate press as well.
Weighted dips + cable crossover superset can nevar lose.
