anyone used a tow bar before??

    I need to get this 89 cherokee about 100 miles from where it is now.

    Has anybody in here ever used a tow bar. I have driven tons of trailers and cars on tow dollys but never with all four of the vehicles wheels on the ground.

    Anything I should look out for when doing this (minus unhooking the driveshafts).

    and I will be towing this with my 06 3.7l V6 :hs: but most of it is either straight or lightly downhill.

    O...also do I need anything else besides that bar, in order to hook it up to the jeep and tow it home?? Thanks Guys

    I've helped hook up my friend's CJ7, we've towed it behind an 03 V6 4Runner before, so you should be fine.

    make sure you leave the key in the jeep, turned a click so the front wheels can turn, basically make sure the steering wheel isnt locked.
