There's no soy in prorated from costco, it's whey concentrate and isolate. And yes it's good protein.

My mom has a costco card so I had her pick me up a few things while she was there, that was one thing she picked up, but I had never heard anything about it so she returned it. Now I feel bad, cause ill end up going at picking it up again hah.

I use it right now... I was scouring the internet for any information on its quality and there is little to no information as far as that goes.

Is Mike/1fast400 still doing product testing?

I use it. Cheap ($25 for 6lbs) and convienant vs buying from the internet and waiting on delivery. Plus it tastes good compared to other brands I've tried. Only thing I hate about it is the bag. They use to sell it in jugs, but now they only have the bags and they're a pain.

hrmm, i jsut read my bag again and you're right, it doesn't have soy in it. i swear i saw it before.

    it says this:
    protein sources 1-6:
    1) hydrolyzed whey isolate
    2) ultra micro-filtered whey isolate
    3) ion exchanged whey isolate
    4) ultra micro-filtered whey concetrate
    5) egg albumin (egg white only)
    6) micellar casein

If you have a local shop you can probably find ON for just a few dollars more. Worth it since the taste is much better. Last time i bought ON it was $28 for 5lbs. Right now im using Dymatize Isolate.
I tried the costco brand and didn't like it at all.

i've heard alot of complaining about mixing with the costco protein. although i have a blender bottle and it mixes it just fine, it'll mix anything. my friend had some costco protein though and he would stir it with a knife or fork and it clumped like crazy on him.

as far as taste, i don't care about taste really, i'll down anything.

:werd: it's not too sweet and the taste isn't overpowering... and IF there was any lack of taste quality, the price would more than make up for it, imo

I mix mine with a friggin spoon in a giant plastic cup. Only takes about thirty seconds of stirring before it's smooth as a babys ass.

Ya, i use to get nothing except ON's whey protein back before it was as popular as it is today. Im sure they noted the popularity and took advantage of it.
