Anyone use olympic dumbell handles?

    We have all olympic plates and our dumbells only go as high as 55 with a skip to 75's. The only problem that I can see is that they are not threaded. You'd have to use the tension keepers.

    i used them for a bit and gave up bringing them to the gym
    they are a bit awkward, for pressing (try sitting them on your lap- you'll have nice rings indented in your skin hahah)
    for pulling movements like rows they are real nice.

    I never thought about them cutting into your legs. Glad I never bought any.

    I have cheapy ones from Walmart, they are OK but the springs are bigger then the 25lb plates so you really need to use some sort of smaller device to keep the weight on the bar ... other then that i's great only have one type of weight around the garage.
