I am using Mega Milk right now....Its the best protein I have ever taken but I have not tried Muscle Milk yet. 5 lbs for $30. Good deal.

its pretty good. 4 scoops is hard to down in one serving and they recommend 3 servings a day. i had cookies and cream and i wouldnt get that flavor again. my friend had chocolate mint, it was pretty good
sorry to be noob, but i picked up some muslce milk and was wondering. my goal is to lose weight(fat) but im lifting to keep my muscle and maybe even make some gains. i see that muscle milk has a bit of fat in it and was wondering if this would be counter-productive.

Well lifting will make you lose weight not just keep your muscle. You need protein at least 1g for every pound you weight.

The fats are MCTs. "Good" fats so no you shouldnt get fat. Just make sure your taking it with skim milk.

Personally if you are dieting and have the time to eat whole food Muscle milk is a waste of fucking calories. The shit in it is not THAT great and liquid meals are just not filling.
Throw some flax, olive, coconut oil, hemp oil etc in w/ a protein blend and you have something that is probably better 'nutritionally' then muscle milk and a lot cheaper.
If you want some carbs w/ it eat a fucking piece of fruit or throw in some ground oats. Both will keep you full longer then MM. Also, add some psyllium or other soluble fiber sources to the shake to slow down digestion and increase meal satiation.

or you can just use ground flax seed instead of flax oil
