MMA anyone use BCAAs as a supplement for MMA?

    curios if it'll make me look sexy like chechen does or do i need to actually lift to get like that.

    i'm 6 ft 185, looking to gain 10 lbs of muscle whilst dropping 5-10 lb of fat

    you're not fat, you look good. do you lift too or just straight jits to get a bod like that? also how tall and how much do you weigh?

    bcaa is pretty baller for strength related activities dunno about endurance athletes.

    It'll help with your recovery but no supplement will make you gain mass unless you're also training for that purpose.
